This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.streetsvision.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Cetavia Investment Partners, LLC, d/b/a Streets Vision (“Streets Vision”). At Streets Vision, we deeply care about your privacy and we are committed to safeguarding the privacy of the Site’s visitors and service users, especially when it comes to personal information. This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices and applies where we are acting as a data controller with respect to the personal data of the Site’s visitors and service users. In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Streets Vision. For more information about us, please see the information provided below under the heading “Contact Us”.

INTRODUCTION

 By using the Site, you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy and consenting to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. The Site incorporates privacy controls that affect how we will process your personal data. By taking the actions outlined in this Privacy Policy, you can specify whether you would like to receive direct marketing communications and limit the use of your information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and information related to your Paypal and Apple Pay accounts), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information” and you are the source of it.

Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters is referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Notification Data” and personal data that are provided in the course of the use of our services, which may include your IP address, are known as “Service Data”. Information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us, including the communication content and metadata associated with the communication (which will be generated by the Site using the Site’s contact forms), is referred to as “Correspondence Data”.

The term “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy collectively refers to Device Information, Order Information, Notification Data, Service Data, and Correspondence Data.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Device Information. We use Device Information for the purposes of analyzing the use of the Site and our services and screening for potential risk and fraud. Service Data. We use Service Data for the purposes of operating the Site, providing our services, ensuring the security of the Site and our services, maintaining back-ups of our databases, and communicating with you. The legal basis for such processing activities is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of the Site and our business. 

Notification Data. We use Notification Data for the purposes of sending you relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for such processing activities is consent.

Correspondence Data. We use Correspondence Data for the purposes of communicating with you and record-keeping. The legal basis for such processing activities is our legitimate interests, namely the proper administration of the Site and our business and communications with users.

Assertion and/or Defense of Claims. We may use any of your Personal Information where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedures. The legal basis for such processing activities is our legitimate interests, namely the protection and assertion of our legal rights, your legal rights and the legal rights of others.

Risk Management. We may use any of your Personal Information where necessary for the purposes of obtaining or maintaining insurance coverage, managing risks, or obtaining professional advice. The legal basis for such processing activities is our legitimate interests, namely the proper protection of our business against risks.

Compliance with Legal Obligations. In addition to the specific purposes for which we may process your Personal Information, we may also use any of your Personal Information where such processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

Please do not supply any other person’s personal data to us, unless we prompt you to do so.

Third-Party Services.

We use Google AdWords and other third-party tracking cookies for remarketing advertising across the Internet. As a result, AdWords and other third-party services we use will display relevant ads tailored to you based on the parts of the Site you have viewed. Such advertising is accomplished through the placement of a “cookie” on your device or computer. THIS COOKIE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY IDENTIFY YOU OR GIVE ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER. Instead, the cookie allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are believed to be relevant to you.

In addition to using cookies and related technologies as described above, we also may permit certain third-party companies to help us tailor advertising that we think may be of interest to users and to collect and use other data about user activities on the Site and/or our services (e.g., to allow them to tailor ads on third-party services). SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As outlined above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. If you are a European resident, you have the right to access Personal Information we hold about you and to ask that your Personal Information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information provided below.

Additionally, we note that we are processing your Personal Information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States. 

DATA RETENTION 

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
